Today we had the pleasure of meeting the kids at Broward Estates Elementary Magnet School in Lauderhill, Florida. They’re wonderful children and their guidance counselor, Sabrina Thomas, is terrific too. When introducing us, Ms. Thomas told the students and teachers, “The Humanity Project program is known among guidance counselors in our school system and is one of the most acclaimed anti-bullying programs in Broward County!” Broward County is the sixth largest school district in the United States so that’s a lovely thing to hear. Of course, we’ve long been proud of the praise that our program has received in the media as well as from schools we visit.
